SHENORE SPICE is a premium handcrafted sauce brand based in the United Kingdom, crafting authentic West African-inspired sauces and spices from our kitchen in the UK. References to “we”, “us”, or “our” refer to SHENORE SPICE.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or place an order. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

• All prices are displayed in British pounds (GBP £), including for international and Ghana deliveries.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of your order is the price you pay.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders at our discretion.
• Product images are for illustration purposes. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance.
• All products are subject to availability. We will notify you if an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email from us.

Payments are processed securely in GBP by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorise us to charge the total amount including any applicable shipping costs.

• We ship to addresses in the United Kingdom and Ghana.
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs.
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Refunds, where approved, will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
